RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Random Golf Club Events

1. Assumption of Risk. I understand and acknowledge that golf and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: being struck by golf balls, clubs, or equipment; slips, trips, and falls on course terrain; contact with golf carts or other vehicles; exposure to weather conditions; property damage; and other hazards associated with outdoor sporting events. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

2. Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby release and discharge Random Golf Club, its founders, officers, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, host venues, and affiliates (collectively, "RGC") from any and all claims, demands, losses, or causes of action arising from personal injury, death, or property damage sustained during or in connection with my participation in any RGC event, whether caused by the negligence of RGC or otherwise.

3. Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless RGC from any claims, damages, or costs - including reasonable attorney's fees - arising from my participation or my failure to follow event rules or instructions.

4. Medical Authorization. In the event of an emergency in which I am unable to act on my own behalf, I authorize RGC staff to consent to medical treatment deemed necessary by qualified medical personnel. I agree to assume all costs associated with such treatment.

5. Photo and Video Consent. I consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded during RGC events. I grant RGC an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such content for media, marketing, and promotional purposes in any format. I may opt out by submitting written notice to RGC prior to the event.

6. Alcohol, Tobacco, and Partner Activations. I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older and consent to potential exposure to alcohol and tobacco products, including cigars, during RGC events. I acknowledge that alcohol and tobacco activations provided by RGC partners are intended solely for participants 21 years of age or older. I agree not to provide or facilitate access to alcohol or tobacco products to any person under the age of 21. RGC reserves the right to remove any participant from an event for violation of this policy without refund.

7. Governing Law and Severability. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Acknowledgment. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older (or have obtained written parental or guardian consent if a minor), that I have read this agreement in full, understand its terms and consequences, and enter into it voluntarily and without duress.
